It works at home with basic equipment or in the gym. Every block is designed for results without spending hours training.

With me, you won't feel like you're on a diet.

I work with flexible guidelines and creative, fast recipes so you can eat well even when time is tight. Most are ready in under 15 minutes.

We also address inflammation, digestive issues, SIBO and difficult relationships with food — always from a respectful, non-extreme place.

How long is the program?

I recommend a minimum of 3 months to see sustainable change, but the plan renews month to month. You decide how long you want support.

Do I need gym equipment?

No. The plan adapts to whatever you have: a full gym, basic gear at home (dumbbells or bands), or just your bodyweight.

What if I have allergies or food restrictions?

The nutrition plan adapts to allergies, intolerances, vegetarian or vegan diets, and any condition we discuss in the initial call.

Is it online or in person?

It's 100% online. We work via WhatsApp and video calls, which lets me support you wherever you are.

What happens after I fill out the form?

I receive your application and reply within 24h to schedule the initial call — no commitment required.

Is there a guarantee or refund?

Yes. If in the first two weeks you feel the program isn't for you, I refund the full amount.
